About Me
I got started by inadvertently 'flipping' houses. My first few houses were fixer-uppers, so I learned on a per project basis. I also learned that I love this type of work. I initially worked for Architectural and Engineering firms where I designed and created construction drawings. I learned a great deal from my colleagues and consulting with the construction crews for better design. My estimates are very accurate and my designs are extremely safe due to these experiences. Most importantly, the safety of you and your family is job number one for me. I know my limits, and I will bring in appropriate licensed help when required.
